W8X Foundation

Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays
12pm – 1pm

6pm - 7pm

Saturdays
11am – 12pm

In this class you’ll determine your smart weight settings and learn how to properly do a deadlift, squat, and chest press with the W8X platforms. You will learn good form and what it means to reach your threshold.

 

W8X Express

Tuesdays,Thursdays
12pm – 12.30pm

Sundays
10am – 11am

Welcome to your perfect lunch break workout. During this short and very intense class, we do a series of intense power lifting moves with bursts of aerobic exercises.

Prerequisite: W8X Foundation class
